More About Me
Thank you for visiting! I’m Ellen Binkley-Hill, and Clinton County isn't just where I work—it’s my home, my history, and my heart. Born and raised here, I’m a proud graduate of Blanchester High School, Ohio University, and Miami University.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent over 30 years in education. I loved working with children and later teaching at the college level, where I administered the student teaching and international teaching programs at Miami University. Today, I bring that same passion for guiding, educating, and supporting people into my real estate career.

Real estate transactions can be complex, but they don't have to be stressful. Having successfully closed a wide variety of properties, I pride myself on walking buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity and ease. I especially love helping first-time homebuyers navigate this exciting milestone.

My dedication to our community runs deep. I proudly serve as a commissioner for the Wilmington Planning Commission, help run the Blanchester Schools Foundation, and serve as a trustee at the Blanchester United Methodist Church. When I’m not serving clients or volunteering, you can find me spending time with my wonderful family and my four beautiful, funny grandchildren, right here in the Wilmington area.

Whether you are looking to buy your dream home or sell your current property, my local expertise and deep community connections are here to ensure a seamless, stress-free experience. Let’s get started!
